Eligibility: Participant must be a student from any college.

Submission Period: The competition will run from April 29th, 2025 to May 9th, 2025

Entry Guidelines:

The content must be original and created solely by the participant.

Participants are limited to submitting one entry per contest.

For Meme Contest, the size of the image should be within 5 MB, and for Reels or Shorts Contest, the size of the video should be within 50 MB.

Submissions must be in digital format (Any known image or video format).

Content should be suitable for all audiences and must not contain offensive or inappropriate content.

The participant's name should be used to identify their Content.

Submission Process:

Participants must fill up the submission form on next step.

Complete the required information, including name, age, contact details, and a brief description of the content.

Follow the Facebook Page, Instagram Account and YouTube Channel of HubTub and upload the screenshots.

Upload the digital file of the content following the specified format.

Judging and Winner Selection:A panel of judges appointed by HubTub will evaluate the submitted content based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the topic. The decision of the judges will be final and binding. A single winner will be chosen from a single address.

Prizes:

Two individuals will be chosen as the contest winner for each contest.

The person(s) who wins will receive a certificate and a gift branded by HubTub.

Winners content will be posted on our official pages.

Ownership and Usage Rights: By submitting their content, participants grant HubTub a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display the content for promotional and marketing purposes. However, the participants retain full copyright over their content. HubTub will mention the original creator while using the content

Publicity and Promotion: By participating in the competition, participants grant HubTub the right to share their content on various social media platforms, attributing the content to the respective creator.

Disqualification: HubTub reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or submits inappropriate or plagiarized content.

Changes and Updates: HubTub reserves the right to make changes to the competition rules or any aspect of the event if necessary. Participants will be informed of any updates through our official pages.

Liability: HubTub shall not be held responsible for any technical issues, delays, or disruptions in the submission process or any other part of the event beyond its control.

Acceptance of Terms: Participation in this implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
